SproutKids91 ("we") publishes short cartoon videos on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This policy explains what data we handle.
Viewers
We do not collect personal information from people who watch our videos. This website has no sign-up, no forms, no cookies and no tracking. The platforms where our videos appear (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
Our publishing tool ("SproutKids91 Publisher")
We use a private tool to upload our own videos to our own channels. It connects only to accounts that SproutKids91 owns, through each platform's official API (YouTube Data API, Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API). It:
- uploads videos, titles, descriptions and hashtags that we created;
- reads basic details of our own accounts (account/page ID and name) needed to publish;
- does not access, collect, store, sell or share data about any other person;
- keeps its access keys only on our own computer.
Google user data
The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It uses only the youtube.upload permission, solely to upload our own videos to our own channel.
Children
Our cartoons are suitable for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Where a platform asks, our videos are marked "made for kids" and comments may be off.
Your choices
Because we hold no personal data about viewers, there is nothing for us to delete. If you believe we hold data about you, email us and we will reply within 30 days. See also Data deletion.
